To register and maintain an active Mislibet account, all of the following eligibility criteria must be met at all times:
Mislibet conducts mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
Completing the registration process on Mislibet requires the submission of accurate and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are under a continuing obligation to keep this information current and accurate.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, or where Mislibet reasonably determines it necessary, Members will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires the submission of valid government-issued identification documents and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. Mislibet will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
Mislibet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or permitting any other individual to access or operate your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All deposits and withdrawals on the Mislibet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Mislibet supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users:DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, USDT).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Deposits made via approved payment methods are typically credited to the Member's account within minutes, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider. Mislibet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes for verified accounts using FPX and DuitNow. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Before processing any withdrawal, Mislibet may require completion of KYC verification. Members must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the Mislibet compliance team.
By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that: (a) the funds are legitimately yours; (b) no funds deposited originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source; and (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party. Mislibet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Member at any time.
All balances are held and displayed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Mislibet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
Mislibet offers sports betting across multiple markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other international fixtures, as well as casino games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and poker.
In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected sporting events. Odds on live markets are subject to change at any time. A bet placed on a live market is only confirmed once a Bet Acceptance confirmation is received by the Member. Mislibet is not liable for failed bet submissions due to connection errors, device issues, or odds movement between submission and acceptance.
In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or obvious pricing error, Mislibet reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the Member's account. A "manifest error" is defined as any clearly unintentional mistake in the published odds or game parameters that a reasonable person would recognise as such.
Mislibet offers a range of promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback incentives, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x), must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Where a wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus and any winings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematically placing bets that exploit bonus mechanics — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
Mislibet's three-tier VIP programme (Silver Club, Gold Premier, Black Diamond) operates independently of standard promotions. VIP benefits, including cashback rates and withdrawal priority, are determined by cumulative monthly wagering activity and are subject to periodic review by Mislibet's player management team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mislibet platform and will result in account action up to and including permanent closure:
Mislibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where Mislibet has reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached or that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or responsible gambling requirements.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, Mislibet may, at its absolute discretion, withold any balance where that balance was accumulated through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity. Where the account was closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or responsible gambling self-exclusion), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method following successful KYC verification.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Mislibet support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mislibet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
Mislibet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is operational at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and force majeure events are excluded from any uptime commitments.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Members in connection with their use of Mislibet is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Mislibet employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and AES-256 storage-level encryption to protect Member data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required to fulfil the service (e.g., with payment processors) or where legally required to do so.
Mislibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide tools including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Mislibet holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause prevents Mislibet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or enforce these Terms in cases of urgent necessity.
Mislibet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Members via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure immediately.
